Who operates Pep Vial Tracker

Pep Vial Tracker and this website are operated by Sysverge Solutions LLC. The current Apple Developer account holder is Shawn Bennett. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].

Information stored in the app

You can enter vial names, starting quantities in mg, up to four people’s names or nicknames per vial, optional saved quick-log quantities, and quantities removed. The app stores activity dates and visible corrections. These records may reveal health information. They are used to display your activity and estimate the quantity remaining.

The current app stores these records in its local iPhone app storage. It has no account, app-provided cloud sync, HealthKit connection, advertising SDK, or in-app analytics SDK. It does not send vial records to Sysverge Solutions LLC. We do not sell app records or use them for advertising.

Device backups and restoration

The current version marks its record file to be excluded from device backups. This is a request to the operating system, not a guarantee that data can never appear in a backup or on a restored device. Apple’s device backup and restoration behavior, together with your device settings, may affect whether copies exist outside the app’s current storage.

We do not operate a backup or restore service and cannot access or recover your vial records through the app. Do not rely on a backup being available. You manage any device backups through Apple or your computer. Deleting records in the app does not necessarily remove copies in existing backups.

Who can access records

Anyone who can open the app on an unlocked iPhone can see and change all records, including entries for other people. The current app has no separate passcode or biometric lock. Use your device’s security controls, and obtain another person’s agreement before entering their information.

Keeping and deleting records

Records remain in the app until you delete a vial or delete the app. To delete a vial, open its options menu on the main list, choose Delete vial, and confirm. This removes the vial, its people, and its activity from the app.

Corrections keep the original entry and correction visible. Individual activity-entry deletion and a separate delete-all control are not currently available. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading it in iOS keeps documents and data. We cannot restore records you delete through the app.

Support email

If you email [email protected], we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you send. We use this information to answer your request and address app issues. Our email provider processes messages to deliver and store them. Avoid sending vial records or other sensitive information unless it is necessary for your request.

We retain support messages as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion by contacting the same address, subject to those obligations.

Apple and TestFlight

When the app is distributed through TestFlight, Apple provides crash reports and usage metrics to the developer account holder. Feedback you choose to submit can include screenshots, comments, and contact information. We may use these reports to address app issues. Do not include private records in feedback unless you intend to share them. Apple processes information under its own privacy policies and service terms.

Visiting this website

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the website, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser or device information, requested URLs, and request times. These hosting requests are separate from the vial records stored in the iPhone app. Learn more in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

We have not added analytics scripts, advertising trackers, marketing cookies, or a contact form to this website. Email links open your chosen email application; no message is sent until you choose to send it.

Your choices and questions

You can use a nickname instead of a full name, delete a vial, delete the app, manage device backups, and choose what to include in support messages. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights relating to information we hold about you. Contact us to make a privacy request. We cannot retrieve your local app records for you.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if the app or website’s data practices change. If accounts, shared data, analytics, or app-provided synchronization are introduced in a future version, the policy will be updated to describe those features. The effective date above identifies this version.
